Terms of Service

Not financial advice
Crowdyst never tells you to buy, sell, or hold anything, and never suggests a price, target, or number. Every rule and every figure you see in the app is something you wrote or chose yourself. The app only reflects your own words back to you. Nothing in Crowdyst is investment, legal, or tax advice.
You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Crowdyst is a personal record-keeping and reflection tool, not a broker, advisor, or research provider.
Crowdyst also includes a separate simulation mode, where your stated rules run against a synthetic market with fake money. Simulation results are hypothetical, run against invented companies and invented prices, and are not real investment performance. They are not a prediction, guarantee, or indication of how any strategy would perform with real money in a real market.
What the service is
Crowdyst lets you write down the rules you want to follow for your own investing, log the decisions you actually make against your real holdings, and see the two side by side later. A logged decision is immutable — once saved, its timestamp and original fields cannot be edited or backdated by you or by us.
Your account
You need an account to use Crowdyst. You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for the accuracy of what you enter. You can export or delete your data at any time.
No warranty
Crowdyst is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crowdyst and its operators are not liable for any investment losses, decisions made using the app, or damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do.
